My name is Edouard Samuel Mutabazi. I was born in Kichinev, Moldova, when it used to be part of Russia. I grew up in Rwanda with my dad and his family, and that's where I went to school at for the first five years of my primary school. In 1994, I was separated from my dad because of the war, but I managed to stay with my aunt who was in Zimbabwe. I lived there for four years and I got to have a couple of good friends down there. In 1998, I came to the US, and, although it wasn't what I had expected, it was alright. I now live in South Bend, Indiana, and I attend John Adams High School as a Junior.
